You guarantee that your registration information submitted to Clipping photo experts is genuine, complete, and proper, and you ask that this information be kept up to date at all times.

2. To change the terms of an agreement, a party will update it

5. We license these rights to you.

All Clipping Photo Experts trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and other information related to the CPE brand ( CPE Brand ) are the sole property of Clipping Photo Experts or its licensors. The Agreements do not grant you the right to use any CPE design whether for commercial or non-commercial use.

You agree to abide by our Terms of Service and not to use the Site, Content, or any part of it in any manner not permitted by the Agreements. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in the Agreements, Clipping Photo Experts grants no right, title, or interest to You in the Site or Content.

6. Third Party Applications

We are included with third-party software, websites, and services, including Shopify, PayPal, BrickFTP, Heroku, HelpSCorp, Smile.io, and Stripe ( Third-Party Applications ), to make available services and products to you.

These third-party applications may have their own terms of service and privacy policies and your use of these third-party applications will be governed by and subject to such terms of service and privacy policies. You agree that we does not endorse or is responsible for the behavior, features, or content of any third-party application or for any particular transaction conducted through a third-party application.

7. User Guidelines:

Clipping Photo Experts (CPE) respects the rights of intellectual property owners. We require you to uphold these rules when using the Site, so that CPE can continue to provide you with services on it.

Copying, distributing, reproducing, ripping, recording, transferring, performing, or exhibiting to the public, or providing access to the public, any part of the Clipping Photo Experts Site or the Content, or otherwise using any our Service or the Content that is not expressly permitted under the terms of the Agreements.

The intellectual property or laws (such as copyright law) that are infringed by the Clipping Photo Experts Service or Content or any part of it; using the our Service to import or copy any local files you do not have the legal right to import or copy in this way.
Transferring cached Content from an authorized Device to any Device through any means.
Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, or creating derivative works from the CPE Service, Content, or any part thereof unless permitted under applicable law.
By passing any technology used by Clipping Photo Experts, its licensors, or any third party to protect the Content or the Service.
Selling, renting, sublicensing, or leasing any part of the CPE Service or the Content.
Through by passing any territorial restrictions applied by Clipping Photo Experts or it licensors; or otherwise manipulating the Services using a script or other automated process; by exploiting Clipping Photo Experts, Clipping Photo Experts may have placed restrictions on my activity.
Removing or changing any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property notices containing on or provided through the our Service (including for the purpose of hiding or disguising any ownership or source indications of any Content).
Giving your password to another person’s username and password; providing your password to a different person.
Crawling the CPE Service or otherwise using any automated means (including bots, scrapers, and spiders) to collect information from Clipping Photo Experts.
Selling a user profile, or otherwise accepting compensation, financial or otherwise.

You acknowledge and agree that posting any User Content may result in immediate termination of your “CPE” account. You also agree that “CPE” may also reclaim your username for any reason. Your password protects your “CPE” account, and you are solely liable for keeping your password secure. You understand you are solely responsible for all acts committed under your password.

9. Intellectual Property

All of the content on the website is included. All content included on our Site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of CPE or its hosting providers and protected by copyright laws of Bangladesh and other countries.

You can use all content for personal usages non commercial uses
Content may be copied from this website to private third parties as long as each copy identifies the site as the source of the material.

10. Customer Support Queries:

You should contact our Customer Service department at sales@clippingphotoexperts.com regarding account- and payment-related inquiries. We kindly request that any Customer Support Questions be answered as rapidly as possible, but we make no guarantees that any given question will be responded to within any particular timeframe.

No payment is specified before any finished work is delivered to the customer. However, the customer may incur additional charges if it is the primary order for this particular customer and the amount is above 50 USD.
Clipping Photo Experts may support an ongoing recurring monthly payment plan. Under such an arrangement, the customer pays monthly during the period for all Services received during that time.

13. Refund Payment

Any revisions and refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. We also reserve the right to cancel any amendment request if the Client changes the desired requirements from what was originally requested. If the edited images meet the criteria for the same quality as an approved sample image, Clipping Photo Experts(CPE) cannot refund an order.

We understand it sometimes happens that things change outside of our control, so we might be able to adjust your images to suit your desires at a reasonable cost. Any changes made as part of Clipping Photo Experts quality guarantee do not infringe upon or limit our suppliers in any way.

If the customer has downloaded their photos and associated files, but is unable to provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction, no refund will be given. If you believe you are eligible to receive a refund of any payments made to Clipping Photo Experts, please contact customer support.

14. Prices:

Our services may vary depending on the service provided. We may change the price of prepaid products or services or work products not yet paid for and notify you of this new price before any services are rendered. As permitted by local law, you deem the new prices valid by using Clipping Photo Experts(CPE) services following the changing of prices.

15. Discounts and Promotional Offers

Clipping photo Experts may announce promotional codes, other types of bargains, or both. Clipping Photo Experts maintains the authority to subdue gives or reserving without revealing the reason.

16. File Backup Policy:

We keep backup copies of the previous files for 3 months. After six months, our backup server automatically removes the original files. To get backfiles of your photos, you must notify us after six months have passed. Only then can you restore those backup files.

17. Image Uses:

Clipping Photo Experts may allow free use of any free trial image(s) for its own promotional purposes, i.e. publishing it in the website as sample without the owner’s permission. If you wish to avoid use of your trial image(s) on our site, you can send an email entitled Concerns to your sales@clippingphotoexperts.com email address. We can also ask you to provide us with permission to make use of your standard photos as our work sample; that is entirely up to you.

18. Quotation and Free Trial:

Clipping Photo Experts offers a free trial to two or three samples of corporate services for new clients. To qualify you have to be proven by reference to a site and business email from an official corporate domain. Clipping Photo Experts may also cancel the trial.

19. Turnaround Time:

Our normal turnaround time is 24 hours. But we can deliver 4-8-12 hours if you need urgent. Turnaround time start when client placing order that time begins after the clients has finished uploading.

20. Term and Termination:

The agreements will continue to apply to you until terminated by either you or the Clipping Photo Experts. However, you acknowledge and agree that the license granted by you in relation to User Content, including Feedback, is irrevocable and will therefore continue after expiry or termination of any of the agreements for any reason. Access to the Clipping Photo experts(CPE) Site or the Customer Portal could be terminated or suspended for any reason, including actual or suspected unauthorized use of the “CPE” Service or Content, and failure to comply with the Agreements.
If you end the Agreements, or if Clipping Photo Experts(“CPE”) terminates your access to the “CPE” service, you agree that shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that you incur. “CPE” will not refund any paid amounts. These limitations are to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To end your relationship with your Clipping Photo Experts account, please contact us at sales@clippingphotoexperts.com. This agreement may be cancelled by you by reaching out to us. Sections 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22 herein, as well as any other sections of the Agreements that, Any exceptions to the above conditions remain in force after the Agreements’ termination.

21. Warranty and Disclaimer:

WE AIM TO PROVIDE THE BEST SERVICE WE CAN, BUT YOU AGREE AND UNDERSTAND THAT THE CLIPPING PHOTO EXPERTS(CPE) SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS-IS AND AS AVAILABLE, WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. YOU USE THE “CPE” SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, “CPE” ND ALL OWNERS OF THE CONTENT DO NOT MAKE REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANT ANY CONDITIONS OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. NEITHER CLIPPING PHOTO EXPERTS NOR ANYONE WHO OWNS ANY PART OF THE “CPE” SERVICE WARRANTS THAT THE “CPE” SERVICE IS FREE OF MALWARE OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. FURTHERMORE, “CPE” MAKES NO REPRESENTATION NOR WARRANTS, ENDORSES, GUARANTEES, OR ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS (OR THE CONTENT ATTACHED TO THEM), USER-GENERATED CONTENT, OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT OR SERVICE ADVERTISED OR OFFERED ON THE “CPE” SERVICE. BY A THIRD PARTY USING THE CLIPPING PHOTO EXPERTS SERVICE OR ANY HYPERLINKED WEBSITE OR SCREENSAVER, OR FEATURED ANYWHERE IN A BILLBOARD OR OTHER ADVERTISEMENT. YOU AGREE THAT CLIPPING PHOTO EXPERTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS OF THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OR ADVERTISEMENTS LOCATED ON THE “CPE” SITE. AS WITH ANY PRODUCT PURCHASE, YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT “CPE” IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY TRANSACTION REGARDING ANY OTHER PRODUCT OR SERVICE OFFERED BY ANY THIRD PARTY. OR THROUGH ANY MEDIUM, OR IN ANY ENVIRONMENT, YOU MUST EXERCISE REASONABLE JUDGMENT AND AVOID ACCIDENT OR INJURY, AND YOU SHOULD NOT ACQUIRE ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE FROM “CPE” THAT COULD CREATE SUCH A WARRANTY ON BEHALF OF WWW.CLIPPINGPHOTOEXPERTS.COM. SOME PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY IN SOME CIRCUMSTANCES IF USED IN CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS.

THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER.

22. Limitations:

YOU STATE, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THAT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY PROBLEMS OR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE “CPE” SERVICE IS TO STOP USING THE CLIPPING PHOTO EXPERTS SITE. WHILE “CPE” DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS OR THE CONTENT THEREOF, IT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT CERTAIN THIRD-PARTY APPLICATIONS MAY ENABLE ACCESS TO CLIPPING PHOTO EXPERTS SERVICE AND THAT CPE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT OF THOSE APPLICATIONS. WHILE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH SUCH THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS MAY BE GOVERNED BY SEPARATE AGREEMENTS WITH SUCH THIRD PARTIES, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, AS WITH RESPECT TO Clipping Photo Experts, FOR ANY PROBLEMS OR DISSATISFACTION WITH THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS OR THE CONTENT THEREOF IS TO UNINSTALL AND OR STOP USING ANY SUCH THIRD PARTY APPLICATION.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL CPE, ITS OFFICERS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS ARE LIABLE FOR (1) ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; OR (2) LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL.

DAMAGE OR CONSEQUENCES; (2) ANY LOSS OF BUSINESS, DATA, OR PROFITS (WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT); IN ALL CASES ARISING OUT OF THE FUNCTIONALITY OR INABILITY TO FUNCTION OF THE “CPE” SERVICE, THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS, OR THIRD PARTY APPLICATION CONTENT, REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY. REGARDLESS OF WHETHER “CPE” HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FALLS APART FROM ITS PRIMARY PURPOSE; OR CLIPPING PHOTO EXPERTS SERVICE. HIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS, OR THIRD PARTY APPLICATION CONTENT MORE THAN THOSE PAID BY YOU TO CLIPPING PHOTO EXPERTS DURING THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS QUESTION, TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Third-Party Rights

You agree that the owners of the content and other distributors are intended beneficiaries of these agreements and have the right to enforce the agreements directly against you. The Agreements are not intended to grant rights to any other person, except for you and CPE, and in no event is it permitted to create any third party beneficiary rights. Additionally, the termination of, rescinding, or agreeing with any variation, waiver, or settlement of the Agreements are in no way subject to the consent of anyone else.

24. Entire Agreement:

Except as delegated in the Assignments between you and Clipping Photo Experts, the Agreements contain the full terms of authority between us on this subject, whether oral or written.

25. Severability and Waiver

Any provision of the Agreement that is not held invalid or unenforceable for any reason or to any extent shall remain in full force and effect. The application of that provision will be permitted to the extent permitted by law. Any failure by Clipping Photo Experts or any third party beneficiary to enforce the Terms or any provision thereof will not waive CPE or the applicable third party beneficiary’s right to do so.

26. Assignment:

Clipping Photo Experts permits you to assign a especially given the Agreements or a portion of them, and it is able to delegate any of its obligations under the Agreements. Attempts you may not assign the Agreements or a part of them, nor transfer or sublicense your rights under the Agreements, to any third party.

27. Applicable Law:

These terms will be governed by, and interpretations will be made in accordance with, English law. You consent to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

28. Applicable Law:

You conform to the fullest degree permitted by regulation to consent to indemnify and hold Clipping Photo experts harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses (including lawyer’s charges and court charges) arising out of: (1) your breach of this Agreement. (2) any Content you contribute; (3) any activity in which you participate on or through the “CPE” site; and (4) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Our privacy policy is available on its Website (the Privacy Policy ), which should be read in conjunction with this reference. Clipping Photo Experts encourages you to read the Privacy Policy in the Site.
